Enrolments

Enrolling at our school is an important and exciting process.

​Since 2021, Cedar Creek has been operating under an EMP - Enrolment Management Plan.

This means that we can only accept new enrolments from within a designated Catchment area. Please click on the link below to access the Catchment Map:

There are three steps to enrolment:

• Step 1 The enrolment application.
• Step 2  The enrolment interview.
• Step 3  Important policies to read and understand.

Parents will also need to organise uniforms and other school requirements before their children begin at the school.

Upon receipt, the school reception will contact you to arrange an enrolment meeting with the Principal.  

You will need to prepare for the interview and will need to bring certain documents for the Principal or delegate to sight.  Please be prepared.  Without the correct documents the enrolment cannot proceed.

Please bring the follow items to the enrolment interview:

• You and the children applying for enrolment.
• Each child's birth certificate or passport.
• A current passport and visa is required for any child born overseas.
• Each child’s most recent student report card. 

At the enrolment meeting we will:

• discuss the details on your enrolment application
• organise uniforms
• organise books
• complete an enrolment agreement. 

Step 3: Important policies to read and understand 

Please read these important policies prior to the enrolment interview.

You will need to know about the policies, standards and expectations of our school community before you enrol your children.

Transition to Prep 

If your child has been at a registered Day Care or Kindergarten program, there will be a Transition Statement available.
